Kopi B (Singapore Food Festival)
Kopi B was created after the classic cocktail called the Boulevardier, which is usually made from rye whisky or bourbon, vermouth and Campari. Kopi B takes the Boulevardier and puts a Singapore spin on it using our distinctive local coffee roast. To feature the flavour of our well-loved kopi, we infused our vermouth with our local coffee roast before mixing it with just the right portions of bourbon and Campari. This separate flavouring helps to extend the experience of the drink, so you get a long expression of buttery coffee before the Campari brings a delicately bitter finish. The Kopi B is a rich and punchy cocktail for coffee shop adorers everywhere.
